Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available at checkout and saves up to 30% compared with paying month to month.

What counts as a “connection”?

A connection is one broker or trading platform login (e.g. your Tradovate account). Each connection can sync multiple trading accounts under it — 10 on Basic, 20 on Pro.

Is copy trading allowed on my prop firm accounts?

Tradesyncer is designed around prop firm compliance rules, built in direct collaboration with the firms themselves, and is allowed by all major firms.

How does the free trial work?

Full access for 7 days. A card is required. Your card is charged on day 7 unless you cancel before then.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes — you can move up a plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Upgrades are pro rata: you only pay the difference for the days remaining in your current billing period, and the new rate applies in full from your next renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel your subscription anytime and it will not auto-renew after the current paid term. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid term. A canceled trial will stop immediately after cancellation.
